Today (11 March 2015) at the Department of Special Investigation, Ms. Sipacha Kaensuwan, the ex-girlfriend, along with Ms. Thananya Uthanaphon, the younger sister of Mr. Thitisak Uthanaphon or former Superintendent Joe, submitted a letter requesting justice and provided information to the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) officials as one of the subcommittees to screen facts in the case of torture and enforced disappearances under the Prevention and Suppression of Torture Act or the Enforced Disappearance Act.
